How do I follow up on my application?
Following up on the status of your application is easy through our applicant tracking system. On the UAB Careers website home page, use your name and password to log into the system.
How long does it take?
Once you have applied for a job, you can track the selection process in the system. The length of the hiring process varies depending on the department and the role. It can take a few weeks to a few months for positions to be filled. See myjobstatus to learn more about job statuses and details. How can I contact the recruiting office?
In general, we prefer that you work through the UAB recruiting office to follow up on openings rather than contacting the hiring manager directly.
