What is the UAB Employee Assistance & Counseling Center (EACC)?

The Employee Assistance and Counseling Center (EACC) is a benefit offered by UAB to help employees and members of their immediate household identify and resolve problems, which may or may not be impacting their job performance. The EACC staff and services include a dedicated team of certified counselors, an extensive collection of online resources, and a schedule of various programs and events.

Services include, but not limited to:

Individual, couples and family counseling 

Educational and stress management programs

Financial advisement

Support groups

Life Coaching

Tobacco Cessation

etc...
