These instructions are for users with Org Administrator access in the Learning Locker.

Accessing the Learning Locker
1. Access the Learning Locker via uab.edu/LearningLocker.
2. In the upper-right menu, select Org Admins (A). The Training History (B) area displays your own training history.
You may then view an individual employee's training history or run a custom training report.
View an Individual Employee's Training History
3. To view an individual employee's training history:
(C) Search for the employee using their BlazerID or name (Lastname, Firstname)
(D) Use the Org Range Start and Org Range End selectors to display all employees in a desired Org range.
Then, click Filter. A table displaying the search results will appear below the search box. Click View Training to view the employee's full training history.
Run a Training Report
4. To run a custom training report, click (E) Org Admin Reports. The Report Viewer will open.
5. Choose the parameters desired for your custom report, then click View Report. Note: Due to the amount of data in the Learning Locker, wide parameters may take a moment to run.
- Include non-completions: If No, only employees with a course completion record will be displayed; if Yes, then all employees will be displayed.
- Employee Types: Regular Employees (Assignment categories 01, 03, 12, 17, 21); Irregular Employees (Assignment categories 02, 04, 06, 07, 11, 20, 46), or All Employees.
- Course Name: Enter the desired course name, or leave blank to show all.
- Course Code: Enter the desired course code, or leave blank to show all.
- Course Completion Start / End: Enter the date range of course records to display.
To Export to Excel, click the Save icon and choose Excel.
