CompleteIncorrect Accrual balances for employees who had manual adjustments in eLAS in January. approx. 150 employees.UAB team is manually reviewing this individually and should have them all corrected by end of the month.The remaining LOA adjustments.

CompleteBalance Transfer for employees who recently moved from a biweekly status to monthly status (approx. 50 employees).UAB team is manually reviewing this individually and should have them all corrected by end of the month.

WIPTime off requests that were moved from eLAS to CTA cannot be modified at this time.

Supervisors

CompleteSupervisors of monthly employees who are not time editors are receiving emails for missed punch reports for biweekly employees in the org units they have direct reports.

Supervisors will receive email notifications for only for their direct reports.  No email for missed punch reports if they are not time editors; 

tiles/hyper finds will be configured for direct reports only (monthly).Deployed fix 3/6/2025.

1. Supervisors will continue to have access to all employees in the org units they have direct reports. This includes biweekly employees


2. Supervisors who are also time editors for biweekly employees, will continue to receive missed punch reports



NewCTA system sent out emails over the weekend (March 1-3rd) to approvers who no longer have access to approve these requests based on a set up that was in the system 25 days ago.
We have turned off these notifications for now until we can have our UKG consultants fix this system bug.

30 day auto-approve does not notify supervisor.  Only to employee.



New96 hour reminder emails not set up.
These emails have not been set up currently. Suspend reminders until the "approver re-evaluation" process is fixed.

Intermittent workaround- review the time off request in the schedule planner, hover the mouse over the time off request bar to see the start and end time.


CompleteIf supervisor is updated in Oracle after request is submitted by an employee, the new supervisor is unable to action the request.New Supervisor should be able to action the request 24-48hrs after the supervisor is updated in Oracle.

ClosedSupervisors have pending requests from employees in their org units who are not their direct reports.

To clear out old requests you can use the Delete option. 

Use this only for employees that do not report to you. 



Org Admins

Complete
Org Admins are unable to action time off requests for employees in their school/unit.

Org Admins should now (as of 3/6/2025) be able to action  any approvals within their school/unit (from the control center or schedule planner) 


Important Notes: 

a) Org Admins will receive NO time off request email notifications. However, they will continue to receive system alerts (ie. Missed punch reports).  

b) Notification center will show ALL time off request for their school/unit. Org Admins can use hyperfind to filter for just direct reports if needed

c) Have their default view set to just their direct reports (schedule planner, pending time off request chart tile )

d) Can submit a TOR on behalf on anyone in their school/unit




WIPAuto setup org admins from Campus Role Management App (CRMA).

HR Org admins, HR Officers, and HR Support roles will be autoassigned the "Org Admin" role in CTA.   

Note: Org Admins, and HR Officers will be assigned the full range of orgs at their respective operational org level.   HR support will be assigned access at the individual org level. see Campus Role Management App for more details.

Currently an ACF document in Oracle is required.
