Supervisor assignments are populated in UAB Perform from Oracle, UAB's official system of record. To ensure continuity with other HR systems and business processes, we recommend ensuring Oracle accurately reflects supervisory relationships. These can be updated through a Data Change ACT Document submitted by an Oracle HR Officer.
