- From the Campus Time & Attendance homepage, open the hamburger menu (top left corner).
- Select Schedule Planner.
- Select the desired date or date range and select the employee.
- Right-click on the first day of the time off request to open the actions box.
- Select Enter Time Off.
- Select the Leave Type and Apply.
- The selected date can be edited by clicking on the date banner.
Choose dates and hit Apply.
- Enter START TIME and DURATION (number of hours to be taken PER DAY).
The system will calculate the total request hours.
Cancel, Submit, and Review buttons are displayed at the bottom of the request box. To add comments or confirm other details, select Review. Submit to complete entering on behalf of the employee.
The time off request will Auto Approve (if selected) and be added to the schedule.
If Auto Approve was not selected, a notification will be sent to the alternate approver(s).
The hours requested are now displayed on the schedule and deducted from the employee’s available accrual balance
