These steps apply only to HR Organization Administrators. Contact your HR Organization Administrator for assistance.
- Log into Adobe Sign at uab.edu/AdobeSign. If prompted, select Company or School Account.
- On the Adobe Sign homepage, select Start from Library.
- Click Workflows, search Staff Pilot Telecommuting Agreement, then click Start.
- Add emails for the following: A Employee, B Supervisor/Manager, C Org Admin/HR Representative in the CC field to receive a copy to upload to the HR Dashboard; then, click Send.
- The employee will receive the document and the routing process will begin.
