If you are a student and Social Security and Medicare wasn't being held from your check and now it is, you may have failed the enrollment verification process per the Student FICA Exemption Policy (see attachment). This policy states that student in assignment categories "06 Students" or "11 Federal Work Study" may be eligible for the student FICA exemption provided the meet the credit-hour-enrollment test (see attachment).
