A copy of the W-2 form is given to the employee, IRS, and the state taxing authority (if applicable) each January for the prior calendar (tax) year. W-2s will be online in Oracle Self Service mid-January. They are mailed out each year by January 31st. To receive your W-2 in a timely manner, keep your address information updated in Oracle Self Service. In addition to reaching the Oracle Self Service App through myUAB, you can reach it on the UAB Mobile App.
