Most employees either print W-2s from the Oracle Self Service Application or they wait until they are received at the home address we have for you in the Oracle system.
TIMING
Your W-2 form will be available in Oracle Self-Service mid January for the previous year. It will be mailed out to your home address by January 31st. If you are unable to print your W-2 using UAB Oracle Self-Service Application, please contact the Payroll Customer Service team at payhelp2@uab.edu. To learn more about printing your W-2, click here.
PRINTING
UAB has a kiosk for employees in the Human Resources Service Center on the first floor of the UAB Administration Building at 701 20th Street South. If you do not have access to a computer, you can print your W-2 here. Short term parking is available in the attached parking deck on the 2nd leve. The service center is open from 8 - 5 Monday through Friday.
