At go-live HR Admins, HR Officers, as well as time editors for bi-weekly employees could access and manage monthly employees as backups. However, unforeseen issues required us to temporarily remove these permissions. Currently, due to system limitations, only immediate supervisors can approve time off requests for their direct employees. These other roles can view these requests but cannot take action at this time. HR and payroll teams are working with our UKG consultant to enable additional approvers as requested by departments.
