COBRA letters are mailed directly to employees' homes.
After an employee's department completes termination paperwork for a benefit eligible employee enrolled in either medical, dental and/or vision coverage, the COBRA process is initiated. Payflex, our COBRA provider, mails the letter to the employee's home.
The employee will be offered the same medical, dental and/or vision plan that they are enrolled in.
