To find out which benefits you have go to the UAB for Me portal.
You will need to have your Blazer ID and password. Once your Blazer ID and password are accepted, hit the Proceed button. After you proceed, you will be in the communication portal section of UAB for Me. Click the Current Benefits box at the right top of the screen. You can view your benefits at a glance or by viewing the Employee Detail Report located under My Documents on the left side of the page.
