How long will my UAB insurance last after I terminate?

Your benefits will remain active until the last day of the month of the effective termination date for medical, dental, and vision.  Identity Theft and Pet Benefit Solutions end on their effective term dates. 

Example: If you terminate on March 25, your insurance will be active until March 31 of the same month.
