UAB is managing the two-part implementation separately. Employees impacted by the July 1, 2024, minimum salary threshold change will be notified in June. For January 2025, UAB will review the impact to the organization, develop an appropriate plan for implementation, notify impacted employees, and enact changes as appropriate. Information and FAQs relative to the January 1, 2025, salary threshold change will be made available closer to that date.
