Employees impacted by the July 1, 2024, salary threshold change will receive an email notification from UAB Human Resources on or about June 3, 2024. The notification will inform impacted employees of the FLSA required change and how they are impacted. Additionally, your supervisor will receive an email with information supporting the FLSA change and should have a conversation with you about these changes.
