18. How will UAB respond if there is legal action taken against the U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) effort to make this salary threshold change?

If legal action occurs and the implementation of the change is block/paused, UAB will hold on all changes to include salary changes, pay grade changes, and employees moving from exempt to nonexempt.
