From time to time, an exempt employee will need you as their manager to submit a time-off request on their behalf.
- Click the Hamburger Menu.
- Click on Schedule Planner.
- Find and select the employee you are submitting the time-off request for.
- Locate the date of the request and right-click to open the action box.
- Select Enter Time Off.
- Confirm the employee name.
- Select the type of leave.
- Select apply.
- Enter the start time for the request.
- Enter the total hours for the request.
- Click review.
- Click this drop down menu to leave a comment on this request.
- Select Request Comment to leave a comment on this request entry.
- Type in the comment
- Click submit to complete the request.
- The leave will now appear in the Schedule and a notification will be sent to the approver and employee.
- Select Request Comment to leave a comment on this request entry.
