It varies. The leave request approval is dependent on the medical documentation. Once received, the medical documentation is reviewed/approved by Employee Health.
There can be a delay in the processing of medical documentation. It is sometimes required to contact the physician, employee, or supervisor before the documentation can be processed. This can extend the time that it takes before the leave is approved.
