- A background check is apart of the preliminary procedure and are not completed by a UAB Department or affiliate.
- The second party that completes these checks receives requests from multiple entities, including independent requests.
- The timeline for the background checks is dependent upon a number of factors.
- We encourage you to not inquire about this until approximately two weeks after this time.
- This gives the second party and the recruiter enough time to communicate with each other and have everything in order.
