When do recruiters connect with applicants concerning permanent positions?

Hospital:  

  • If you meet the qualifications and are selected for an interview, a recruiter will contact you and schedule a time for you to come in.  
  • After the initial interview, the Recruiter will inform you of the next step in the hiring process.   

Campus:  

  • Recruiters do not schedule interviews. 
  • Once a recruiter reviews the information of an applicant whose skills, education, and experience match the posted position, the recruiter will relay the applicant’s information back to the department. 
  • It is up to the department to call applicants and schedule interviews. 
  • The department relies on the recruiter to select the most qualified applicants, but ultimately it is up to the department to select applicants for interviews. 
  • However, we do not release departmental, requester, or supervisory information.
